Accounts Admin
Responsibilities:
- Answering of phone calls
- Handling accounts receivable, accounts payable. Ensure payments and receivables are accurate and on time.
- Perform invoicing and monthly statement of accounts, handling journals
- Ensuring all necessary communication, recording and filing are done according to internal accounting procedure
- Growth and bonus package
- Month AWS for the year
- Company-wide bonus: Employees will be awarded with pre-defined bonus if company has achieved its sales target for the year.
- Also, additional bonus, to be decided by management, will be given to employees with good working attitude and performance.
