Assists clients by providing support to resolve their technical issues via email and/or phone; also provides training and assistance to help customers learn how to use their computer software or hardware products
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Deals directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
* Responds promptly to customer inquiries
* Handles and resolves customers’ technical complaints or problems
* Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
* Performs customer verifications
* Directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
* Manages customers' accounts
* Keeps records of customer interactions and cases
* Records details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
* Communicates and coordinates with internal departments
* Follows up on customer interactions
