DON’T JUDGE THE CANDIDATE SO EARLYNo matter how much we hear that judging is bad, but when it comes to the process of recruitment, not judging becomes a challenge. Though, ideally, recruiters and the hiring managers are trained to carefully asses the skills of the candidate. And, based on the outcome of the assessments, one has to take a final decision.
