I read that shouting at workplace is good for productivity. Do you agree?

Editing and proof-reading can be done later, once you finish writing ... The lesser tasks on your to-do lists, the better you can achieve them all ...

If you want to get more done at work, the productivity gurus out there will tell you that it's all about having the right ... You should start by liking what you do. .... Great post and a great looking book, I look forward to reading it. ..... I agree that happy people are definitely more productive and energised at work.

I totally disagree with this point shouting at a workplace does not make any sense, employee became more demoralize and could not show their hard work due to that boss impulsive nature and insult.It's also good to keep your employees happy and make then feel good so, that they can work for you unconditionally without any demands.

It depends on what kind of a job you are eyeing at. Most workplaces won't require shouting; being vocal when required is what is looked for.
