Are airline pilots in the private sector required to get continuing training?  If so, how often?

Continuous training is valid for all the sectors, yes for the pilots it must be continous but not monotonous.

Oh, yes they require continuous training, beacause being a pilot is not a easy job.

There are refresher courses available. I am not sure about the time gap after which they are to be taken.
