"The organization attempts to leverage on its global organization and brand to establish a great place to work. Unfortunately not all managers / divisions in the office appear to be fully committed to this strategy. Especially the different approaches across divisions are sometimes very disturbing. Great benefits is the MB company car for managers and above, the non-financial benefit are rather boring. The office setup is also not very modern."
