Duties of the Payroll Assistant will include: Ensure all new employees are set up on payroll system in a timely manner Ensure pay and bill rates are accurately maintained Ensure all shifts and hours for timesheet employees are arbitrated on the payroll system and rate generated on a weekly basis Verify accuracy of payroll data Process payroll paperwork and ensure authorisation as per the authority matrix Ensure starters and leavers are correctly processed and TUPE regulations met. Significant experience in a similar role with a high volume of time sheet paid employees would be advantageous. Computer literate, proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and Office
