Senior Consultant/ Lead Consultant - SAP HR

Proficient in solving L2/ L3 tickets for SAP AMS support Should have atleast 10 to 14 yrs overall experience. Should have 8to 10 yrs of SAP HR experience Should have excellent knowledge of PA&OM, LSO/Training and Event Management, Payroll (European), Time management with CATS. Should have prior experience in supporting Global customer across multiple geographies. Should be able to independently resolve complex SAP HR tickets Should have good communication skills. Should have ability to converse with representatives from the customer business to resolve production problems and issues, identify possible enhancements for improved efficiencies Should be willing to travel for long term.
