1. Ensure to achieve ice-cream production as per requirement. 2. Ensure timely dispatch of ice-cream as per the indent in the schedule time. 3. Budgetary Controls. 4. Ensure Safety and Discipline 5. Good House-keeping and cleanliness 6. Implementation of guidelines for energy conservation. 7. Effective utilization of manpower. 8. Ensure maintenance of all records, sending MIS in time and attending to Internal Auditor queries. 9. Implementation of guidelines given as per GMP, ISO, etc. 10. Material balancing of the ice-cream section. 11. Ensuring planning & implementation of preventive maintenance and lubrication schedules for equipment. 12. Performance Management.
