Business Development Executives/senior Executives

Should have sound knowledge of primary and secondary research to build a refined database. Should have sound knowledge on inside sales experience in tapping International customers International Sales exposure with excellent communication skills Determine prospects requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific solutions and services. Recommend alternate Zensar services/products to prospects based on cost, availability or specifications. Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products/services in order to improve services/products related sales. Experience selling ERPs (oracle, SAP) Build long term relationships to provide new business and Strategize Existing Customers. Meet or exceed assigned calls / sales targets, which will be linked to his incentives Maintain complete and accurate records of all customers. Facilitate Sales team from generating leads to RFI/RFP submission. Work closely with Practice Team to understand service offerings and attend trainings. Responsible for vendor registrations.
