Team Leader (Out Bound Domestic BPO)

We are looking for Team Leader for one of our leading outbound telesales processes in banking domain. The person will be required to meet the set targets through a team of approx. 20 telesales executives. The incumbent should be: Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills Should have min 3 yrs exp in outbound Telesales Should be well acquainted with the local language & local demographic conditions Should have a clear understanding of the Banking documentation procedures & application form norms Experience of at least 18 months in team management at the fulfillment level with a minimum team size of 15-20 associates. Should possess skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals or governmental regulations. Excellent skills to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Should be able to demonstrate the ability of effective presentation of information and response to questions from groups of managers, customers and the general public. Should be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Should be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Preference will be given to outbound sales/Telesales experience candidates in Banking Vertical.
