CAREER OPPORTUNITY #: POSITION TITLE: Trainee L1 Tech Support Engg DEPARTMENT: BDR JOB TYPE: IN HOUSE POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: Any graduate (not mandatory) with required networking and hardware knowledge will be preferred. (B.E, B.TECH, MCA, BSC IT need not apply) Team player with a focus on customer service. MAJOR DUTIES: Required to work on the BDR (Back up) product of the company. Have to do space allocation on back up. Will do troubleshooting on space allocation Have to handle basic hardware and networking issues. Engage, educate, excite, and empower both employees and customers alike with the same level of passion and commitment. Smile, have fun, work hard, and achieve success. Your interview is based in below technical skill: 1) Knowledge of backup system i.e. (Types of backups) 2) Good Understanding of the following: a) RAID & RAID levels b) DNS & DHCP c) IP classes d) Difference between IPv4 and IPv6 e) Protocols f) Port Numbers 3) Should have good communication. HOURS: 24x7 Network Operation Center, we work in 3 shifts (Overtime as required, on call availability is required if requested by client / NOC Management) Shifts (Male): 24*7 (rotational Shifts) Shifts (Female): morning shift (6:30am 2:30pm) Type of Employment: Permanent LOCATION: Andheri (East), Mumbai, India.
