Customer Care Executive - Service

Responsible for bringing maximum customer flow to the workshop and ensuring Satisfaction Job Profile: - Responsible for handling customer appointments for their regular service maintenance - Ensuring coordination with front office staff and service advisors for resolving any customer queries - Monitoring service advisors to deliver customer vehicles on time and in perfect condition - Responsible for instant feedback and 3rd day post service followups (PSF calls) to note any customer concerns - Taking care and affecting full customer satisfaction, and resolving and concerns or complaints generated - Ensuring implementation of JD Power guidelines at the workshop to ensure CSI score as per target Key Result Area (KRA): - Appointment ratio => % of Cars reported at workshop through advance booking - % of Satisfied Customers out of total cars reported - Customer Service Index Score (CSI Score).
