Data Specialist, Customer Service - IRC92602
Detailed Description:
Looking for a self-motivated, customer service oriented person to be part of a Customer Master Management team within the Transaction Hub. The Data Specialist will be required to manage details of the customer information, keep abreast of business changes while performing data management and system testing. The Data Specialist will also be expected to contribute towards improving processes and driving system enhancements.
Specific areas of responsibility include:
- Process data related to customer information in Oracle following set standards and procedures and within service level agreements
- Resolve discrepancies in customer master information between source systems and troubleshoot customer information issues
- Work closely with IT to resolve data management issues
- Assist in system level testing when required
- Work with source systems representatives to ensure that best practices are in place to ensure a high level of data quality
- Generate reports and metrics
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in Customer Service, with specific experience in information management
- Associate Degree or equivalent related experience
- Good focus, accuracy and attention to details is essential
- Must demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new technical and non-technical processes quickly
- Must be able to read/understand Chinese
- Knowledge of Oracle business application a plus
- Experience in research is a plus
- Able to work rotating shift hours as required for the last 3 days of every fiscal month: 6am to 3pm; 3pm to 12am; 12am to 9am
