Overview A key global player in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, our client has exciting business plans for Asia. They are currently looking for a strong HR Manager for the Singapore office to handle the HR Operations, but also participate in Regional projects that would support business growth. Responsibilities Reporting into the Regional HR Manager, with a dotted line to the Singapore Country Manager, you will be fully accountable for the end-to-end spectrum of HR in Singapore. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to, recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, training & development, working closely with the business leaders on the people agenda, with a particular focus on engagement and talent development. This role requires a hands-on, independent individual contributor, who is comfortable taking on the full scope of HR operational and administrative work as well as regional projects and business partnering. Requirements You should be degree qualified and with at least 5 - 8yrs of experience in HR as a generalist / business partner. You should be based in Singapore with comfortable with working in fast-paced, international organizations. Experience within FMCG or supporting Sales & Marketing teams would be advantageous. You should have demonstrated ability to engage at the leadership level, excellent advisory and change management skills, yet willing to roll your sleeves up and be hands on.
