Hr Assistant

Job descriptions: Assists in payroll & recruitment Participates in development of company’s training programs, compensation, staff welfare and project plans that involves analysis of cost, benefits,work schedule etc. Perform other related HR duties Qualifications: Possess a degree/ diploma from college/university in field of Human Resource Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year1 of experience Must be Bilingual (should be fluent both English & mandarin in writing and speaking) Knowledgeable in company’s benefits and compensations with $50-$300 CASH incentive for good punctuality/attendance and attractive benefits(service awards, staff discount etc)
