PeopleSoft Management, data changes and audit 2. Offer letter release and On- boarding 3. MIS and Reports 4. Letter release Essential Responsibilites: 1. Peoplesoft : Handle the Peoplesoft database and maintainence with all required mass uploads. Periodic audits to ensure that Peoplesoft is 100% accurate. 2. Scorecard/ Dashbaords/ MIS maintenance - 100% within Timeline, and 100% accuracy. 3. Managing Risk: Ensure potential issues are identified and escalated. All HR Ops activities are strictly as per the process defined. Ensuring team and self follow company policies and procedures & create a professional and disciplined working environment. 4. HR Policies : To ensure that the processes are as per the current polices and work on communication of all policies to the HRBP's
