Human Resources Manager

Our Client is one of the major local non-profitable charity organization in Singapore and they are seeking talented and dynamic candidate to join them as Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the HR Director, this position will lead a team of 3 HR team members to: • Plan, direct and coordinate human resource management activities • Manage and provide a comprehensive range of support in compensation, benefits and performance management systems . To deliver customer focused HR programs, services and consultancy that will improve business and operational performance. • Talent Management - Analyse, review and establish manpower requirements and ensure that staffing levels are within budgeted headcount. - Establish and manage the talent retention program and succession planning. • Performance Management/ Development - Plan, review and implement performance management system, including leading the implementation of the Balance Score Card initiative. • Compensation & Benefit Management - Analyse and review Company wage and salary structure, pay & benefits policies and oversees variable pay systems including bonuses and raises. - Leads competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff. - Supervises payroll administration. • HR Operations - Supervises HR Operations matters. • Others - Preparation of Remuneration Committee Papers. - Submit timely reports on manpower statistics, HR activities and other relevant matters. - Ensure the maintenance of proper employee documentations and records. - Participates in executive, management and Company staff meetings. Qualifications and Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resource or equivalent • At least 6 years of experience in human resource not limited to compensation, benefits, staffing and employee relations. • Preferably in a healthcare environment • Strong engagement and interpersonal skills • Strong planning and organization skills • Good presentation and communication skills . Good strategic planning, analytical and leadership skills
