Project Manager - PMO

Hi, We are looking for Project Manager - PMO. Job Location - Pune. Below are the details. Interested candidates please send me your updated profile. Description: Business Analyst / Support Analyst : PMO (Project Management Office) Job Purpose: A PMO Support/Analyst needs to ensure project health by measuring the variance in scope, schedule, cost and quality of the project. S/he also prepares, analyses and reports enterprise-wide data to the senior management on (Planned Vs Actual values for Project Cost, Schedule, Budget, Revenue, Profitability Report, and Milestone Progress, and suggest any steps for performance improvements. Responsibilities: Ensuring all projects adhere to the companys base lined Quality process guidelines Empowering tools for project management Facilitating alignment of skilled resources across business units Maintaining an Executive Dashboard and providing updates on a periodic basis. Ensuring compliance to standards (ISO, CMMi & Practice) Key Task Assignments: PMO: Measure and report the variance in scope, schedule, cost and quality from the respective baselines Managing project Management tool and generating various reports Celoxis Regularly enhance the quality of reports from the ERP / Project Management tools (like Celoxis/ SAP etc.) by suggesting improvements / customizations to either the tool or the way the data is analyzed. Sharing reports and analysis findings with Project Managers for reviewing, monitoring, and improving project health Facilitating Business Unit status review meetings and tracking of the action points to ensure timely closure Assist in managing enterprise-level resource allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges Aligning resources to various BU and managing bench resource allocation MIS: Prepare and review MIS reports for discussion with the senior management Consolidate and present reports from various BUs Establish and implement metrics that measure project performance Prepare and publish reports on metrics like resource utilization, productivity, project revenue and cost, project milestone invoicing Organizational: Create Project Management templates, and implement process improvement initiatives Plan and implement corrective/preventive measures for improvement Recommend process improvement ideas, especially for project management and reporting Qualifications: Post Graduate in Management or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in Project Management Office Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Have excellent Quantitative Data analysis skills, communication skills, reporting, and people management skills.
