Candidates should have a strong inclination to take on additional responsibilities and ensure delivery with high level of commitment To take responsibility for aligning the HR strategy, translating strategy into solutions, actions and results. To support a high performance culture to maximum individual and team effectiveness. Provide advice and counsel managers and employees on employee relations matters. To champion HR initiatives across the BU. To be proactive in the implementation, application and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and practices. Responsible for Grievance Handling and Employee Relations. Investigating and resolving employee related issues Engage and influence BU in driving Training and Development initiatives Engage BU to co-create Training and development programs/plans Design, Plan and execute specific unit requirements including Domain and Skill certification Roll out and Drive Training need analysis Facilitate scheduled and adhoc training delivery Roll out and Drive Training need analysis Support customization of modules as per units requirements Identify and coordinate with vendors/institutes to provide external training programs as per unit requirement Drive and support MDP initiatives Provide inputs for development/enhancement of modules To provide Training, HR statistical data and other general MIS data as and when required Desired Candidate Profile MBA (HR) with 5 to 8 years of experience Should have conducted training programs Excellent command on Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Skill to plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment Analytical ability to analyze the available data & provide informative MIS to the units Ability to take ownership and multi tasking A self-driven & self-motivated personality who should have an ability to coordinate with delivery Heads, peer groups and vendors on need basis.
