Cluster Head - LCM - SME

Primary responsibilities include : Interacting with our company sales (PAM/PDM) and operational management departments on a daily basis in order to manage PAM, organize training for new & existing partners , define scopes of work for Partners, Partner performance management, manage operation challenges on payouts Conducting field and quality control visits to Partners; Recruiting and training new channel Partners-Key Imperative Drive PAM to educated partners and keep them posted on product applications and new product launches Managing partner by mentoring and mapping individual partner productivity and MRC performance. Customer Life Cycle Management-KEY IMPERATIVE Regular enhancement in active base Retention management Sales & Revenue enhancement Customer Delight & Loyalty Building Skills required for this position are : Above average proficiency in Partner Management with education qualification should be a Graduate, MBA in S&D/ Marketing Preferred along with basic knowledge on MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prior partner & team experience preferred. At least two years of college course work in a business-related discipline.
