Planning & Scheduling: Prepare MNW (L-1 Network) for EPC Project ; Prepare Package wise Schedule (L-2 Network) for EPC, BOP & Mech /Elect. Erection Project; Prepare Project Preliminary Schedule for EPC Project ; Develop Schedule for Pre-Award Activities; Preparation and Revision of schedules; Monitoring Progress and scheduling of networks, Preparation of Network in ERP Module. Monitoring / Review / Reporting : Prepare/Submit Project Progress, Achievements & Milestones of Various Projects as MIS ; Prepare /Submit Exception Reports Deviation with reference to Schedule in respect of Time ,Cost, Quality &Qty ; Convene Review meetings of various Projects ; Prepare & Finalize the Presentation Material for Board Level Meetings ; Prepare Revised Schedules/ Update MNW ; Monitor the corrective actions identified for achieving the Targets/ Milestones ; Monitor Monthly Turnover/Contribution Targets and Report; Monitor Commissioning Activities & Report; updation of Network in ERP & generation of Exception Report. Coordination & Follow up Efforts: Coordinate with Site/Clients/EPC Partner/TCE/JV Partner for speedy resolution; Follow up with SCM for timely availability of Sequential Materials/Components and finalization of orders; Follow up with TCE/Consultant and engineering department for timely drawing/document; Coordination with finance Department for Bills and client billing; Coordination with RCM for site progress and Contract department for Contract and extra claims, coordination with clients.
