Project Manager / Co-ordinator

The candidate would be solely responsible to execute the project within the stipulated time, cost, quality and safety parameters, co-ordinate various activities as per schedule, prepare control budgets and monitor project progress on a day to day basis to achieve pre-decided targets. The responsibilities as under : Identify and plan all project related activities with respect to client requirements and delegate the same to achieve productivity and deliverables with fixed timelines. Organise kick off meeting, and throughly understand the project requirement as per the client. Should act as a one point contact for the project in issues of matters related to the project. Prepare and monitor the Control budgets, prepare project progress reports, identify delays and ensure corrective actions in case of delays. Co-ordinate with internal Engineering Cell, monitor progress on vendors supplies, finalise contractors work orders/amendments etc To plan and demobolize resources at appropriate time to ensure the effective cost control is achieved. Monitor project cost at regular intervals and prepare the cost to completion data. Collect the recievables in time and ensure postive cash flow of the project. To ensure site visits and monitor the project progress regularly. Identify items for extra claims for work done, collect and collate information for submission of claims under guidance of RCM at site. Process contractors and vendors invoices using conceptual & analytical skills. To be actively involved in the Pre- commissioning, commissioning and Pilot runs To regularly update the Management with respect to the entire happenings of the operational issues on progress month on month and for review. Implementation of the EHS for a safe working enviornment.
