Senior Manager/manager - Safety

Designation Manager/Senior Manager Functional Area Occupational Health & Safety Objective To implement and operationalize the organizations health & safety management system. This position reports to Head Safety. Major Deliverables a. Implementing and monitoring Occupational Health & Safety Policy, Programs and Procedures. b. Establishing budget proposal for health and safety operations and training. c. Investigating and reporting any health & safety incident. Conducting Root Cause Analysis and recommending appropriate Corrective & Preventive Action/s. d. Conducting Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment of workplace. e. Coordinating all training related to health and safety. Lead in-house training programs with managers and employees on health and safety issues and associated risks. f. Coordinating and overseeing any health and safety audit of the workplace by any external agency/consultant. g. Enhancing Health and Safety awareness and driving collaborative efforts on safety implementation. h. Collating H&S related MIS ad communication with key stake holders.
