Assistant Manager - Service Assurance

To Efficiently manage day to day shift operations including circuit troubleshooting,ticket handling and ticket closure while achieving designated time lines.Ensure smooth shift handover between shift personal.Position includes taking first level escalations and intense troubleshooting involvement for highly escalated issues. Major Responsibilities* 1.Ensure ticket acceptance and update time by shift engineers 2. Took 1st level escalation 3. Ensure further Escalations in TATA comm and respective carriers 4.Active involvement for troubleshooting of escalated cases as well as in restoration of circuits 5.Ensure immediate ticket closure wherever possible. Desired Profile Qualification Necessary requirement B.E Electronic and Telecommunications Experience Necessary requirement 5-7 years Skill Requirements(Top 5) - Inculde Skills requirement in Domain,Leadership and Behavioural Sound Knowledge of SDH/Sonet/DWDM Very good analytical Skill Handlling team of 4-5 members Experience to handle Critical situation Experience in Customer Handliing Basic Knowledge of Excel and Power Point Knowledge of Cramer and background of IT Experience 5 - 7 Years Role Infrastructure & Technology Manager
