Customer Service Executive - Service Assurance

Key Objective / Purpose of Job: Real Time Service Management. Proactive monitoring of voice and Mobility Major Activities: # Network surveillance. # Proactive monitoring of voice network. Platform and traffic alarms. #Alarm reporting ,coordination with teams, follow up till resolution of problem, complete ownership of problem and resolution. #Peak days handling. Managing and controlling heavy traffic during peak days like Eid, Ramadan, Christmas ,New Year. Ensuring good health of systems and managing traffic to help generate maximum revenue. # General health check of systems. Monitor and ensure proper working of various tools Desired Profile Essential Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech. Requisite Skills: Sound Knowledge of voice protocols SS7/SIP Good Knowledge of switching Technical Working knowledge of TDM/NGN switch O&M Functional Knowledge of Traffic and performance metrics like ASR, ACD, NER, CPS, Erlang Behavioural Sincere and hardworking Work Experience 2-4 Years Experience 2 - 4 Years Role Associate/Senior Associate -(Technical)
