Head - HR / IR
Work Experience: At least 15 years in areas of HR viz: Handling HR and IR issues of more than 500 employees in a manufacturing unit, experience of handling union negotiations, government liaison, external stakeholder management, conducting domestic enquiry, performance management, administering training, contract labour management, statutory compliances, organisation design, managing peaceful IR, system and process design w.r.t HR processes and policies. Qualification: Must: Any graduation from a reputed college, (1st class throughout with no gaps in education) Desirable: MBA in HRD (MBA full-time would be preferred) Labour Law LLB Key Functional Responsibilities: Creates a role model for safety and implement them to ensure zero harm. Adherance to companys H S E Policy. Statutory compliance related to HSE requirements wherever applicable HR , Establishment & legal functions Organisation design Ensures timely recruitment and selection of personnel to meet manpower requirement of all the functions. Liaison with various government agencies Managing peaceful IR System and procedure design Incentive scheme formulations Handling legal matters relating to HR Wage / bonus negotiations Ensuring statutory compliances Analyse reason and trend of separation by facilitating necessary HR intervention to ensure retention of good performers Facilitates implementation of various reward and recognition schemes Managing grievance / disputes Ensuring administration of PMS and various other HR policies Commitment to community and social upliftment Facilitates implementation of welfare schemes and actions arising out of Employee satisfaction survey for improving the quality of work life and motivation Analyses and interprets trends in labour productivity and labour cost, for improving/ reducing labour cost as percentage of overall product cost/profit.
