Executive - HR / IR, Jamshedpur

Work Experience: At least 4 to 6 years experience in the areas of HR viz: Handling HR and IR issues of about 200 employees in a manufacturing unit, experience of handling union negotiations, government liaison, conducting Domestic Enquiry, Performance Management, contract labour management, statutory compliances, managing peaceful IR issues. Key Functional Responsibilities: Creates a role model for safety and implement them to ensure zero harm. HR , Establishment & legal functions Liaison with various government agencies Managing peaceful IR System and procedure design Incentive scheme formulations Handling legal matters relating to HR Wage / bonus negotiations Ensuring statutory compliances Analyse reason and trend of separation by facilitating necessary HR intervention to ensure retention of good performers Managing grievance / disputes Commitment to community and social upliftment Facilitates implementation of welfare schemes and actions arising out of Employee satisfaction survey for improving the quality of work life and motivation Analyses and interprets trends in labour productivity and labour cost, for improving/ reducing labour cost as percentage of overall product cost/profit.
