Work Experience: Min. 8-10 yrs experience in Sales Sales experience in construction industry products like : Steel / Cement / Glass / Aluminium / Tile Sales experience of new product introduction / market development Understanding of technical product selling Result Oriented Qualification: Must: MBA / PGDBM/PGDBA / BBA in marketing or Sales Management course NIS etc. or Graduate with experience in sales Desirable: Engg. Graduation shall be added qualification Experience in Sale of Construction Products Experience of sales in retail market Distributor / Dealer management Experience in handling regional sales team. Experience in handling Regional Sales team Key Functional Responsibilities: Deployment of Sales strategy for the allocated region / zone Sales Management with Distributor / Dealers for retail channel product Deployment of PPA activities Deployment of Market development plan including training program / channel development etc. MIS / Daily management Key Result Areas: Sales target achievement : Daily Sales management includes interaction with distributor / supply chain Deployment of Market Development Plan for the Sales results Retail run / training program as per schedule to achieve goals. Monitor competition activities in allocated region and take actions to improve sales along with distributor / dealers.
