Lead Generation Marketing Manager

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in B2B Lead Generation to join a passionate, growing team that is driving our organization to new levels of leadership in the billing & payments industry. The Lead Generation Marketing Manager will play a key role for the company by running an end-to-end leads process and managing the implementation and execution across the Marketing and Sales teams. SCOPE OF POSITION The Lead Generation Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of a sophisticated lead generation, nurturing, and handoff process built upon Salesforce.com to provide a steady flow of well-qualified leads. Daily execution of lead generation activities will focus on North America. This role will initially report to the company leadership in the US and works closely with Sales, including the Inside Sales teams. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS In addition to establishing and managing an overall process for lead management, the Lead Generation Marketing Manager will participate in the following activities on a regular basis. Lead Generation : 1. In partnership with the Sales Team, responsible for driving the completeness and accuracy of the contact list in Salesforce.com. 2. Owner of the budget and relationships for purchased and rented lead sources. 3. Partner with external and internal resources to create campaigns from beginning to end, including campaign planning, audience targeting, messaging, and reporting. This will include email, PPC, SEO, direct mail, webinars, downloadable web content, events, etc. Lead Nurturing: 1. Work with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to develop lead scoring criteria within salesforce.com to validate a leads quality before handing it off to sales. 2. Work with marketing stakeholders to create lead nurture programs that will create greater velocity through the sales pipeline. Assist with customer contact strategies to deepen the customer relationship and increase sales opportunities and then execute on these campaigns. Creative Development: 1. Develop innovative approaches to lead generation. 2. Adapt brand messaging into compelling and effective direct response copy that fits the appropriate audience and marketing vehicle while maintaining the brand and voice. Analytics & Reporting: 1. Define and report on the lead-to-close process, and conduct rigorous measurement of sales and marketing programs at both a macro and micro level. Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments. 2. Produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards and analysis to demonstrate campaign progress on revenue, pipeline, awareness and market perception through reports on leads, conversion, ROI, opportunities and revenue potential. Demonstrated history of innovation and drive that will support building from the ground-up a lead generation program. B2B Marketer who is immersed in the theory and new developments of lead generation and can train others. Excellent written communication skills, including copy writing, writing for email, editorial and proofreading abilities.
