Associate Director, Sales Planning

Responsibilities: To assist the VP in setting goals and formulating strategies and policies to grow the business and having a competititve edge and presence in the market. To analyze and determine the mix of sales channels. To plan and review the retail space and store concepts; including negotiation with landlords and contractors. Formulate commission, rewards and recognition schemes for sales teams and trade partners. Formulate training and development programs for sales team and trade partners to meet business objectives and service standards. To track and analyze the key sales indicators of the different sales channels and identify trends in the market and define tactical and strategic plans to increase sales. Provide information, consultation, and assistance to the various Sales Teams in the development of strategic plans that complement and support the overall Consumer Strategic Pl To review the processes in Consumer Sales and perform regular audits to ensure that the processes are adhered to, and to highlight any areas of improvement. To work closely with Sales, Marketing and IS in developing new systems and maintaining / improving the existing systems. Requirements: A good Degree and/or MBA from recognized university. At least 6 years of relevant experience in sales and team management role. Possess good knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership and cross-functional collaborations. Systematic, meticulous, pay attention to details and exercise good judgement. Possess good negotiation skill. Good interpersonal and communication skills Work Experience6 Year(s)
