Operations Support Manager (SGO)
Requirements:
-
Responsible to align global operations processes among in-country SGO Ops and SingTel internal stakeholders.
-
Represent SGO Operations in Partnership Management (Overseas Local Loop Circuit and NNI partners), engage and establish operational processes, review partners performance service level metrics and work on Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) with partners to deliver a distinctive customer experience,
-
Regular review with in-country SGO Ops to ensure circuit provisioning, incident management and escalation is resolved to enhance customer experience.

Support Engineering to coordinate with in-country SGO Ops on the deployment and implementation of network infrastructure equipment and facility in overseas POP/DC.

Support in-country SGO Ops for the implementation and maintenance for Corporate products e.g. International Private Leased Circuits, Internet Protocol Virtual Private Network, E line, E VPN, STiX and VoIP/Voice services. Has ability to handle job enlargement beyond Telco business into ICT products.

Manage OLLC and NNI partner, build strong relationship and improve operations processes.

Develop SingTel and Partners Enhanced SLA or Partner’s Service Level Agreement with internal stakeholders. Negotiation and agreement on SLA with Partners.

Conduct monthly operational reviews with Partners on their service level performance and work on CSI.

Track and review SGO Operations Performance statistics and KPIs.
-
Liaise with Product and Engineering to train in-country SGO Ops on new products and services and to ensure that in-country SGO Ops staff has the relevant knowledge and skills to support the operations.

Support in-country SGO Ops staff recruitment and training needs.
-
Escalation point of contact for operational issue on 24 x 7.
-
Budgetary planning and track Opex and Capex expenses.

Support Product Cost Allocation.
Responsibilities:
-
Minimum 4 years related working experience in Telecommunication/ICT industry.
-
Resourceful, innovative and independent worker.
-
Possess good leadership, teamwork, effective communications and problem solving skills.
-
Knowledge of network topology (IP, Optical, VoIP, VPN, TDM, Sonet, SDH, and access network) is a plus.
-
Degree in Electronic/Telecommunication/ICT.
-
CCNA certification or equivalent would be an advantage
-
