Responsibilities: Be the voice of the customers and suggest improvements and seek opportunities for innovation in customer service standards, policies and procedures Point of contact for customers who channeled their feedback via the social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc), public forum, SMS, email, walk-in and/or telephone Provide effective service recovery in addressing customers’ concerns Co-ordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure all customers’ concerns are thoroughly investigated and the cause(s) of the feedback identified Identify and highlight issues that impact policies, processes and procedures for improvement Identify and interpret social media trends and propose appropriate actions to increase the level of engagement from customers Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any discipline Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in a fast-paced environment Possess strong customer service orientation and effective interpersonal skills Demonstrate excellent creative problem solving and negotiation skills Good work attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable and able to handle work pressure well Independent and able to work under minimal supervision Possess strong command of written and spoken English Good computer literacy in MS Office applications Pleasant disposition and warm personality
