Mobile Remittance Sales and Operations Manager

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director, he / she is responsible for Mobile Remittance sales plan and flagship store operations Manage overall achievement of sales targets inclusive of activities to drive sales at the flagship store and other locations Manage the motivation of a team of consultants and team lead to grow the business Manage daily operations including customer consultation, account registration, mobile wallet top-up, first remittance and cash management Formulate and implement standard operating procedures Ensure compliance of policies and MAS regulations Regular reporting and feedback to management for strategy improvements Identify opportunities to improve productivity and customer experience Excellent work attitude and eagerness to learn Systematic, meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision Organized, matured & a team player Possess self-initiative Good interpersonal and communication skills across all levels Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace environment Able to commence work immediately or upon short notice Requirements: Min. 2 – 3 years experience in retail industry preferred; and/ or Min. 2 – 3 years experience in banking/ finance industry preferred; and/ or Min. 2 – 3 years experience in managing remittance, specifically outward/ inward telegraphic transfer (Local & foreign currencies) Possess trade knowledge and have basic understanding of the policies covering trade operations Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Min. Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business/ Economics/ related discipline
