Account Executive

Responsibilities • To identify & sell new media solutions to businesses to help them connect with their customers/users • To prepare and conduct high impact sales presentations • To ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement • To ensure team (for manager) and individual sales targets are met • To lead a team of sales executives and provide field coaching and training (for manager) • To identify potential new accounts and understand customer’s business challenges so as to develop strong value propositions to help them meet their business objectives through the new media • To negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals • To work with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities • Willing to constantly update and upgrade knowledge of the New Media Requirements • Diploma in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognised Polytechnic • At least 3 years of experience in managing sales team with proven track record and at least 5 years in new media sales (for Account Manager) • Possess good inter-personal communication skill in both spoken and written English and Mandarin • Possess analytical, planning and decision-making skills • Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision yet able to work well in a team • Able to learn fast and perform in a fast-paced and changing environment and work under pressure • Driven to earn good money responsibly • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel & Powerpoint • Possess good oral and written communication skills e.g. to prepare sales presentation / quotation / proposal • Strong knowledge of new media sales and established relationships within Small Medium Enterprise (SME) market will be an advantage
