Manager - Procurement

Key Responsibilities: Work with internal stakeholders in managing the procurement process for goods and services Assist in the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvements to procurement system and processes Provide advice to internal stakeholders on procurement guidelines and procedures so as to ensure compliance to the SUTD procurement policy Assist in maintaining the SUTD’s vendors base and vendor management Participate in Procurement Evaluation Committees Ensure proper documentations and filing of all procurement documents Call quotations and tenders via the SUTD Procurement System Analyse & present management reports; and Any other duties as assigned Requirements: Driven with positive mentality, strong initiative, resourceful and meticulous Possess a Degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Supply Chain with at least 4 years of relevant experience in purchasing, preferably in the educational environment Possess strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills Proficient in Microsoft Office & Oracle ERP system Able to work under pressure and a fast pace work environment; and Able to multi-tasking equally well independently or in teams
