Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: Function as the main point of contact/ communication between Singapore Integration Center and customers. Manage order demands from customer to ensure timely order response. Coordinate with resources in the plant to their requirements in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of customers and management. Relationships: Direct Supervisor: Customer Service Manager Cross functional relationships: Maintains a close working relationship with planning & procurement team. Key Functions: 1) Process customer orders in the Mfgpro system (in house ERP system) and respond to customers for both order and enquiries delivery lead-time and ensure orders are ready for collection as committed to customers. 2) Liaise with Sustaining Engineering, Planning and Procurement for new products enquiries received and respond on pricing and lead-time within 4 calendar days from date from submission. 3) Perform general order management duties i.e. sales backlog, order load leveling, order expediting and liaise with appointed freight forwarders for the most cost efficient and effective freight movement to worldwide field locations. 4) Perform general order administrative duties i.e. generating commercial documentations (shipping invoice/ packing list/ commercial invoice/ certificate of origin) and ensure that mandatory documents specified in the ISO 9001 procedure are kept in order file. 5) Observe Schlumberger Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) policy and contribute to QHSE objectives by making the workplace a safe environment to work in. 6) Compile and submit monthly statistical reports i.e. order response and RR response time, cost savings, on time shipment, backlog, and risks as well as a monthly highlight report. 7) Conduct monthly conference calls with major customers for business updates and discuss about on-going issues and devise solutions to resolve customer issues. 8) Co-ordinate and host customer or inspector visits to Product Centre for purpose of training, witness on equipment testing and conduct training for Sales Specialists or presentations on product delivery lead-time analysis. 9) Perform a supporting role during internal (Product Delivery, Trade Control and Compliance) and external (ISO, MES, Finance) audits and answer questions/ queries that auditors may have in a competent manner. 10) Participate in projects that will contribute to the objectives of the organization and improve work processes. 11) Provide back-up to support other customers as and when required. 12) Provide support to Manager. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering Proficient in MS office Meticulous and able to do detailed work Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team player who is able to work independently, multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment Responsible, honest, hardworking and ability to perform under pressure Possess analytical problem solving skills to provide solutions to customers Background in Manufacturing and familiarity with Mfgpro will be beneficial Fresh graduates without relevant experience but with excellent aptitude to learn are welcome to apply
