Execution of all front of the house daily operations including customer service, staff supervision, training & development, performance management, cash handling, POS, scheduling, and maintenance.


  • Oversee customer dining experience.
  • Solicit customer feedback via client interactions and guest comment cards.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings on a daily basis.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, completion of performance evaluations, resolve issues, provide open communication.
  • Monitor performance of staff to ensure adherence to Food & Beverage department guidelines.
  • Observe guest reactions and confer with service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct frequent walk throughs of the dining room and direct respective personnel to correct any deficiencies. Ensure that quality and details are being maintained.
  • Maintain an on-going training program for existing staff.
  • Preparation of department staffing schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines.
  • Attendance at weekly F&B department meeting.
  • Work with Catering department on special events as needed.
  • Ensures all side-work is assigned fair and equitably among the front of the house staff.
  • Performs voids and tip-outs for staff.

  • 3-5 year’s experience in a fine dining establishment in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills: must practice and understand motivational management techniques.
  • Must have ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
  • Must be flexible to work overtime when needed.
