Sales Clerk II PT



Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Provides administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager and field Sales Representatives. Creates daily reports. Resolves customer service issues. Supports Sales Representatives by assisting with hot shipments, OS&D(Overages/Shortages/Damages) claim issues, service issues and customer notification group emails.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

    * Experience typing and data entry skills
    * Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Excel/Word/Outlook
    * Experience using AS400 computer software a plus
    * Must have ability to organize, prioritize and complete assigned duties accurately and proficiently
    * Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and perform basic tasks
    * Must be able to meet required deadlines and department standards
    * Must be able to read and comprehend printed and electronic data/information 
    * Must be able to recognize discrepancies in written/recorded data/information.
    * Must be able to communicate effectively
    * Must have excellent attendance
