Customer Service Representative Bilingual

Investigates problem shipments. Handles customer freight inquiries. Corrects freight billing. Traces shipments on internet.


The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

    * Exceptional customer service skills and strive to resolve customer issues in one call
    * Ability to work in a fast pace environment with multiple priorities
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    * Professionalism, patience and enthusiasm for helping customers
    * Superior attendance record
      In pursuit of, or have earned college degree
      Bilingual in Spanish and English

Job Requirements

 Preferred Qualifications:

    * One year of call center customer service experience
    * Transportation industry experience
    * Type minimum of 40 wpm
    * Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products
    * Knowledge of AS400 Computer system
    * Bilingual in both Spanish and English
