HR Manager
Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Manager is required to work both strategically and operationally to identify HR needs and provide solutions. You will be responsible for managing employee relations issues, recruitment, training & development and compensation & benefits. Alongside this, you will provide support to the executive team regarding project work. The successful HR Manager will be require to work 15 hours per week and there will be flexibility on how this is conducted. You will have excellent communication skills and therefore be able to develop key relationships with all levels of employee. Our client is a growing not for profit organisation that are part of the network of organisations attracting investment and tourism to the Birmingham area. They offer a fun and exciting working environment alongside the opportunity to be challenged and developed.
