Production Technician

Key Responsibilities: Perform dispensing of raw materials for manufacturing Coordinate the delivery and return of raw materials and intermediates throughout manufacturing Access SAP system for raw materials data verification in dispensary Operation of autoclave and glasswash activities in manufacturing Take ownership on Dispensary, Glasswash and Autoclave areas, ensure equipment is maintained in operative condition and maintain housekeeping of the areas. Support media and buffer preparation, filter installation and integrity testing, sample preparation and submission, and monitoring of CIPs, SIPs and process parameters. Accessing Trackwise system for reporting event comment/deviation and support QA personnel in investigation Accessing g2g system to report work notification of equipment and facility in manufacturing Maintain consumables stock in Production Support operation areas Review Production Support area operation and area cleaning documentation Ensure safety incident and near misses are reported on timely basis and support EHS in incident investigation Respond to Environmental Action Reports Who you are You’re someone who wants to influence your own development.
