Sales and Marketing Executive

Red Dot Ventures, a Singapore Based technology incubator, is recruiting young and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives to join its portfolio of investee companies as part of their entrepreneurial team. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive multidisciplinary entrepreneurship training.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in corporate strategy planning
  • Monitor business performance and keep senior management informed accordingly
  • Build long term client relationships to secure clients’ trust and regards as business partner
  • Manage executive relationships to facilitate successful closure of contracts under varying situations
  • Responsible for achievement of team goals
  • Obtain new product contracts by identifying new leads and prospective customers and answer any inquiries if necessary
  • Planning, develop and implement marketing plans and programs in areas such as sales promotions, pricing, advertising and public relations
  • Initiating strategies and promotional programs to stimulate demand for the particular product
  • Resolve all client inquiries and complaints and ensure that their needs are attended to in a timely manner
  • Handle customer inquires in a timely and polite manner and refer them to relevant parties if necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring delivery of purchase orders for accuracy and promptness
  • Informing prospective customers on firm's product offerings
  • Ensure that enquires from customers are answered
  • Assist in the evaluation of new market potential
  • Assist in planning, strategizing, developing and implementing marketing programs for a range of products or services
  • Assist in meeting customers’ business needs by recommending new or customised current product lines and conducting product demonstrations at customer sites
  • Respond to simple inquires or redirect inquires to relevant parties
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Employee will also need to participate in a 12 months Structured Technopreneurship Training Program that provides:
  • Structured training content that delivers multidisciplinary skill covering sales, marketing, product management and business management 
  • Gain practical insights in technology ventures creation and management with peer-to-peer sharing of 20 real life case studies from 10 technology startups and incubators
  • Work with company management on a Capstone Project to develop a comprehensive business plan for scaling the startup 
  • Study in a class room setting after working hours by Lithan Hall Academy, a 4-year Edutrust-Certified Cooperative Education Provider

Graduates from University or Polytechnics
Interested to learn and acquire Technopreneurship skills in the dynamic technology startup environment
