I.T Helpdesk Customer Service

Responsibilities: interested in IT Helpdesk/Support environment Familiar with standard PC applications, e.g. Microsoft products, email clients, etc Excellent communication skills Mature, independent and possesses positive working attitude Able to do troubleshooting for networking, hardware, software and security issue Excellent Customer Service attitude and good communication skills Able to work independently and effectively under pressure Possess excellent listening, rationalization, pleasant voice and problem-solving skills Those with experience in LAN/WAN/Wireless networking have an added advantage Those with previous experience as Hotel IT Concierge may also apply Able to do simple reports and meet submission deadlines working days: 5.5 days work (44hours per week) training will be provided entry level welcome too !! Our Clients provide support to hotel guests who need assistance in connecting to the Internet in their room.We also provide support to some companies in terms of their file servers, exchange server, outlook issues, firewalls, backup tapes, PC migration etc For Helpdesk, pick up the call in the call centre to solve the problem over the phone. (Two shift work: 8:30am to 4pm and 4pm to 11pm)
