Job Description: Fortune 500 Company Presence in more than 70 countries World largest industrial distributors of electronics parts Our client is a leading US MNC that distributes a wide range array of electronics components. They serve a broad base of more than 100,000 customers and 300 suppliers in over 70 countries. Responsibilities: You will be supervise a team of close to 15 team members. Maintaining good rapport with the team members and maintain smooth transactional, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. You will be assist sales in preparing the Sales order and other internal documents and maintains staff by training team members and to guide new joiners on procedures & protocols & even work process. You will be delegating fair distribution of tasks to team members and maintains team’s job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks etc. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. To match customer PO with sales information provided by sales. Key liaise with customers To provide weekly order status updates to customer To obtain delivery instruction from customer Resolve complaints/feedback from customer and escalate it to the various levels To follow up the AR status with customer Requirements: Min education level GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma with least 3 years of Customer Service Experience in an IT environment/ related fast paced industries. Candidates with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience, objective and process oriented. Candidate should be well organized, pleasant and able to multi-task. Good interpersonal & communication skills Team player in multicultural environment Able to correspond with external parties and internal departments Must have SAP knowledge, Microsoft excel & MS office Candidate should be well organized, pleasant and able to multi-task. Good interpersonal & communication skills Good team player with strong communication, listening and organizational skills Able to correspond with external parties and internal departments Logging of sales order fulfillments & amendments. Required to work overtime during month end closing Detailed and meticulous individuals Pre-requisites: Min.
