Technical Support Analyst

 Job Description:

    * Provide superior customer service by assisting customers with their technical problems.
    * Maintain appropriate communication and follow-up with customers to keep them updated on resolution statuses.
    * Utilize monitoring tools to identify and initiate resolution on problems before they are reported by the customer.
    * Maintain accurate record of all customer service issues in TrackWise, including real-time updates.
    * Ensure that open customer tickets meet Service Level Targets, i.e., 24 hour turnaround on Urgent (Priority 1) issues.
    * Consult supervisor on customer issues that are not meeting Service Level Targets and any other customer issues that might require escalation or intervention.
    * Maintain customer confidentiality.
    * Other duties as may be assigned

Required Skills:

    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    * Superb customer service skills
    * Proven technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    * Detail-oriented, with Level 2 abilities
    * Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
    * Ability to manage and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision, with the ability to help peers as necessary.
    * Understanding of healthcare industry standards, guidelines, and environments.

Desired Skills:

    * Technical training, technical customer service, clinical hospital, and/or medical laboratory experience preferred.

Required Education (including certifications):

    * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, business, healthcare, or related, or equivalent work experience of 4-5 years.
