Operations Manager
Job Description:
* Supervisory of 5-6 direct reports;
* Manage, lead and assist (including but not limited to the following):
* The client support team in handling customer service requests and ensuring proper and timely responses;
* The enrollment department in handling new client enrollment and ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
* Assist support team as they interface with clients and payers;
* Oversee technical operations relating to clearinghouse operations;
* Maintain and report on support issue trends;
* Research and evaluate issue trends to identify system errors and areas for improvement;
* Developing and implement customer tracking matrix and milestones
Required Skills:
* Understanding of current HIPAA and X12 transactions in healthcare
* Experience interfacing with providers, payers, and support personnel
* Knowledge of provider office procedures, how payer adjudicates claims
* Experience in Healthcare claims creation
* Experience with payer enrollment
* Five (5) years + proven management skills
* Two (2) years + experience within healthcare field
Desired Skills:
* Knowledge in Office Automation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Education Requirements (including certifications):
* Four year Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university or equivalent
Preferred Education and/or Experience (include certifications):
* Experience in HealthCare claims creation
* Experience with provider offices routines
* Experience with payer enrollment
