Implementation Manager

 Job Description:

The Implementation Manager - Financial, will be responsible for creating and mentoring a team of resources responsible for performing Financial workflow analysis, claims testing and validation, general financial configuration, management and monitoring of KPI reports, and pre/post live audits.   This strategic role will help to define each clients financial system, while ensuring customers not only enjoy the implementation process but excel in product adoption.. As the Financial Implementation Manager, this person will have direct responsibility to:

    * Establish Financial Best Practice implementation methodology
    * Define a staffing model that can quickly adjust to sales peaks and troughs
    * Work with all NextGen and QSI departments;
    * Ensure channels of communication are in place with key financial stake holders and Project Management
    * Establish predictable metrics and measurements and reporting of results
    * Continually look for Productivity improvements and Client Satisfiers within the implementation process
    * Create value added services that differentiate Nextgen in the marketplace
    * All personnel management within the Financial Implementation Team

 Reports to:     Director Implementations and Training

Required Skills/Experience:

    * 5-7 Years Financial Implementation Management experience
    * 5-7 Years Resource Management experience
    * 3-5 Years Software Vendor experience
    * Previous experience establishing best practice financial system implementation methodology
    * Solid Conflict Resolution skills
    * Passion for details and continuous improvement

 Desired Skills:

    * Healthcare Software IT experience
    * Financial background

 Required Education (including certifications):

    * Bachelor’s degree

 Desired Education (including certifications):

    * MBA
