EDI System Analyst Team Lead
Job Description:
* Lead, coordinate, and administer team meetings for the EDI implementations team if necessary
* Training of clients and employees on Print Service Processes
* Working very closely with Operations
* Serving as a primary point of contact and resource for Field and Branch Office Staff
* Creates and implements policies, procedures, and Tools ensuring EDI system integrity
* Manage/oversee Key Implementation Accounts
* Coordinate ongoing product and industry training for staff
* Provides key reporting data to Senior Management
* Serves as a resource for Sales on EDI Systems inquiries
* Work with EDI Development to identify potential application defect/enhancements
Potential on-site visits in escalated situations
* Provides key reporting data to Senior Management
* Serves as a resource for Sales on Claim and EDI Systems inquiries
* Work with EDI Development to identify potential application defect/enhancements
* Potential on-site visits in escalataed situations.

Desired Skills:
* Basic to Intermediate working knowledge with relational database design including Microsoft SQL
* Proven experience managing and/or participating in large-scale projects
* Expert knowledge with the following area in Healthcare IT:
o Statements services
o Voice Reminders services
o Letters and Cards services
o Operations as it relates to Claims
o Payers and Clearinghouses
o Proven experience in Software Implementations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
* Proven experience in Software Implementations
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Education Requirements (including certifications):
* Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent work experience
Desired Education and/or Experience (include Certifications):
* Healthcare IT experience
* Minimum of 4-5 years QSI/NextGen Healthcare EDI Analyst experience.
