Sales Productivity Manager, APAC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

    * Deliver sales productivity programmes as defined within the Sales Academy across the ‘Go to Market model’
    * Own and deliver the programme for New Hire Sales Induction for ALL Quota carriers in the APAC region
    * Own the Territory and Account Planning programme for the region and facilitate planning sessions, driving team collaboration and strategic account engagement
    * Own and drive the adoption of the systems, tools and sales process’s for example: salesforce.com, CCS, Qompass, Qlikbuy for example
    * Manage and take an active part in delivering sales enablement webinars across your region
    * Work with your Sales Leader’s and their teams in coaching opportunity reviews, using the CCS methodology
    * Contribute to the ongoing development of all WW Sales Productivity programmes by Interfacing w ith cross-functional work teams in your region to identify enablement needs, help with the design/ or gather course content
    * Work with product marketing to ensure that all QCS are enabled and ‘customer ready’ in terms of product, solution knowledge, & competitive differentiators
    * Manage and communicate the local sales productivity calendar. Work with Sales Leaders to identify training needs and appropriate measurements of success
    * Run regular reviews with sales leaders on success of sales productivity and work with them to continuously refine and improve programmes to address skills and knowledge challenges. Manage the relationship with identified external suppliers in your region and ensure that all training classes are delivered to a high quality standard.
    * Work with external & internal suppliers to ensure that all messaging is aligned with our sales process’s and methodology

 
KEY CHALLENGES IN THIS ROLE
Increasing productivity across the region for all Quota Carriers – Inside Sales, Presales, Direct Field Sales, Partner sales.
Working as a Business Partner with all sales leaders in your region
Work collaboratively with your extended team : Partner/ SI, Services, Marketing, Market Development for example.
Drive and embed newly developed sales productivity programme’s to ramp up skills of existing and future sales community, supporting our growth and business strategy. Improve our territory and account planning capability and working with our sales teams in increasing deal size and reducing cost of sale. Help the business expand its footprint across the GTM model.

Key Stakeholders This position will work collaboratively with a variety of audiences primarily Sales, Services, Marketing, Partner Management and Human Resources.

    * Proven sales skills
    * Demonstrate (with evidence) a clear understanding of how the inside sales model works
    * Demonstrate (with evidence) how to work with Partners of all sizes (GSI to local resellers) in APAC
    * Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas; confident public speaker
    * Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects. Dedication to quality and excellence
    * High level of organisation and time management skills Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration behaviours with extended teams

Qualifications and Experience Qualifications
 
Ideally Bachelor equivalent
Master equivalent preferable
MBA advantageous
Languages Business level English mandatory
Other relevant languages would be an advantage
 

Experience

Exceeded & managed quota for at least 5 years
Minimum 4-6 years software sales background
Strong experience of delivering solution based sales methodology training to sales professionals preferably using CCS Experience with QlikView a plus.
Mobility - 30% of travel time required
